Personal Data

Personal data is information about you personally. This includes disclosures such as your name, address, telephone number and your email address, as well as data such as your place of residence, your IP address or bank details. You do not have to disclose personal data to use our website. However, in certain cases we require your name and address so that we can deliver the desired merchandise or provide the desired services.

Encrypted transmission

The data you enter on our website (e.g. in the contact form) is exclusively transmitted to us in encrypted form. The same applies to the delivery of our website. Even in the event of an unencrypted call-up our web server will answer in encrypted form.

When do we process personal data

We process personal data that you actively transmit to us through your inputs. Furthermore, we automatically process personal data on the basis of the use of our website. Your personal data can be processed in the following cases in particular:

• Visiting our website;
• Loading preview pictures or playing You Tube videos
• Protecting against attacks on technical infrastructures
• Making cotact with us

We refer to the following details in this connection.

Visiting our website

If you call up our website, the company commissioned to operate the website will, in addition to technical information about the terminal you are using (operating system, monitor resolution and other, non-personal features), process and store the browser (version, language settings), in particular the public IP address of the computer you use to visit our website, including the date and time of access. The IP address is a clear numeric address under which your terminal sends or calls up data in the internet. We or our service provider usually do not know who is behind an IP address unless you provide us data when using our website that enables us to identify you.

Our service provider uses the processed data without a personal connection for statistical purposes so that we can trace which terminals are used with which settings to visit our website so we can optimise these, if applicable. These statistics do not include any personal data. The legal basis for drawing up these statistics is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR.

The IP address will also be used so that you can technically call up and use our website, as well as to recognise and defend against attacks made on our service provider or our website. Such attacks would impair the proper functionality of the computer centre of the company commissioned by us, the use of our website or its functionality and the security of visitors to our website. The processing of the IP address, including the time of access, is done to defend against such attacks. With this processing, through our service provider we pursue the legitimate interest of ensuring the functionality of our website and defending against illegal attacks on us and the visitors to our website. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. The stored IP data is erased through anonymisation, if it is no longer required for recognition or defence against an attack.

YouTube videos

We have integrated components from YouTube on this website. YouTube is an internet video portal that enables video publishers to upload video clips free of charge and other users to watch, evaluate and comment on these videos, also free of charge. YouTube permits the publication of all kinds of videos, which is why complete film and television broadcasts and also music videos, trailers or videos produced by users themselves can be called up via the internet portal.

The operating company of YouTube is YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave., San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube, LLC is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Every time a single page of this website on which a YouTube video has been integrated is called up, the browser will automatically download a preview picture of the video from YouTube when loading the page. You can call up further information about YouTube on As part of this call up YouTube and Google will be informed which concrete page you are currently visiting.

If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, by calling up the page that contains a YouTube video YouTube will recognise which concrete page you are currently visiting. YouTube and Google will collect this information and allocate it to your YouTube account.

YouTube and Google will always be informed via the video that you have visited our website, if you are logged in to YouTube at the time of calling up our website. This will happen regardless of whether you click on a YouTube video or not. If you do not want to transmit information to YouTube and Google in this manner, you can prevent this transmission by logging out of your YouTube account before calling up our website.

The privacy policy published by YouTube, which can be called up on, provides information about how YouTube and Google collect, process and use personal data.

We use YouTube videos on the basis of Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. Our legitimate interest is providing you with information and marketing information attractively.

Contact enquiries

If you send us an email, we will use the data you provide us to process your enquiry. The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest to answer your concern as per Art. 6 (1) f GDPR. If your enquiry serves to conclude a contract with us for which you as a person are a contracting party, the further legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 (1) b GDPR. The data will be erased after the completion of your enquiry. If we are legally obliged to store the data for a longer period, it will be erased after the expiry of the corresponding period.

We do not use any cookies on our website.

Transmitting personal data to non-EU countries, server location

We do not transmit any personal data to countries outside Europe. The location of the web server we use is in the EU. However, it is possible that when using the given email address, you may send an email and thus personal data to one of our affiliate companies in a non-EU country. You are responsible for this transmission yourself.

We reserve the right to change the security and data protection measures at any time, in particular insofar as this is required due to technical developments.
