We do so by converting local agricultural residues into our fibcro® natural fibres, which we use to produce sustainable packaging and single-use disposables. BIO-LUTIONS stands for a reduction in CO² emissions, a responsible use of natural resources such as water and the establishment of decentralized production sites. Step by step, we establish the holistic use of natural materials and thus contribute to an ecological and economical circular economy.

First meeting by phone
If your application documents convince us, we will invite you to a first interview (phone/video interview), in order to get to know each other. The interview will last no longer than 45 minutes.
Job Interview
Afterwards, further interviews can follow, either individually or with a small team, in which we will cover both technical and nontechnical topics.
Employment contract
If the interviews are successful and all contract details have been discussed, we are ready to get you started. Together we will plan your onboarding and your first weeks with us.
